Of course this is a group of egg fans! An overwhelming response on this poll, majority clearly loving eggs in all forms, with just a few folks saying, “no Thanks,” to the protein-packed breakfast favorite. No problem! I have a few foods I really dislike that most people enjoy, and you would probably be surprised with those choices as well! I find eggs to be a no-brainer on the weekday breakfast front, having two scrambled eggs every morning. Easy, quick, and just interesting enough! :)
This was a close one! And coffee pulled ahead with just one extra vote! I must say, it was somewhat of an unfair poll, since I enjoy both options, depending on the time of day and circumstances. However, I am having cappuccinos more often on the weekend, and regular coffee during the week. Pretty sure this just means the poll option in IG needs a choice of three responses and not two. ;)
Pretty happy with this poll’s Outcome, as I did wonder how many would choose just-veggie. I do love a great veggie pizza, but I think a balance is necessary which is why we often get one of each when we’re out! Next time we make it at home, I think we will try that out as well because every pizza party needs a little spunk. :)
The snow day results are in! And the salt crew easily took over winning through and through. If you noticed on my Stories and meals during the storm, I definitely leaned in to the salty snacks: breakfast tacos for lunch and salty, veggie pizzas at dinner. Pretty much a walking (eating?) example of the winning side on this poll. Now, I have my fair share of sweet snacks that I indulge in from time to time, but overall, a salty/crunchy snack will always have my heart. But let’s be clear: I kind of love gummy candy and while I know there are some that are gluten free, I often pretend they are not so that I won’t eat pounds of gummies in my spare time. ;)
Well, I guess I’m in the minority on this one! Over-whelming win for the super-chippy fan club, but I was glad to see at least a few people are joining me on the “less is more” side of things. Seth was unfazed by this win, and he said, “of course! Super chippy will always win.” Fine fine! I stand my ground on this debate, but appreciate the enthusiasm on this poll. Either way, we can all agree that cookies are delicious no matter the chip ratio. We are lucky to be eating a cooking at all!
This race was close and it was actually pretty even up until the end. I get it! Making time for exercise is tough no matter your schedule, but for me, I find it to be one of the best outlets after work before settling in at home for the night. For those of you who can’t add it in all the time, no sweat! Life’s busy and there’s often many things far more important than a daily gym session. For some of us though, it’s a part of the daily grind we just can’t miss. Except on vacation apparently, when I was I couldn’t be bothered to do a push-up. 🙈
In an ideal world, I would head to the gym before work, but I cannot fathom getting up any earlier than I already do! And besides, I prefer a leisurely morning, don’t you? :)
Good news, folks! Thanks to everyone’s apparent excitement to see how my baking adventures will go, the series is going to happen! It will be a monthly feature, most likely, and I’ll be baking a sweet or savory gluten free baked dish/dessert/bread/other. While Seth is the dinner chef around here, I have stepped up to take on the baking challenges. So stay tuned and get ready for the first edition of Mollie Bakes... 🤗
